    I am looking for a wordpress-based food recipes site.

    It doesn't have to be an established site, doesn't need traffic or revenue. Don't need a domain name. If you want to create a site matching the requirements below on a subdomain, that's fine, I'll migrate it where it will live.

    It must have a nice looking, lightweight and uncluttered theme. It also must have a large database of recipes, preferably with pictures and preferably organized into categories and tagged.

    Allowing people to upload and rate their own recipes is a plus.
