My first full month marketing on Twitter

I am your typical starving Internet Marketer. I’ve been pretty much jumping method to method over the last year. Everything from Adsense to Craigslist marketing to eBay and Amazon sites. The most I’ve made in one month was about $1500 and that was a lot higher than my “average” month. From January this year until April, I made around $350 from one of my blogs selling Clickbank software but that was it as far as profits this year.

I’ll be honest, I like doing things the easy way and after failing with so many methods over the past year, it made me want to try even less at internet marketing. Reading all those threads like “Made $10,000 a month” on the forums pissed me off because when I would try, I usually wouldn’t even crack $100. Anyways, being the lazy ass i am, I started spamming Twitter in early May.

I just wrapped up my first full month (June) marketing on Twitter and I have far exceeded my initial goals. Originally the goal was to earn $1000 but 30 days has passed and I’m sitting right around $3000 USD. I know this isn’t quite a full time income (in the US) and I won’t be driving a Ferrari any time soon but you have to understand that all I do with Tweet Attacks is add members to my accounts, generate a list of related tweets and leave the software on during the day while I go to work.

I actually don't create that many. That's partly because they didn't release their mass account creator until recently. These numbers are from about 5 accounts. No proxies.

 

i think you are doing great. just continue what you are doing know and for sure you will double your profit in no time.

I have hummingbird which i find valuable, but is there a greater method?

I'm curious about this as well. I would like to have a thriving Twitter account, and am looking for methods to develop the ones I have. Does anyone have any basic suggestions as far as software or strategy?

 

I try to follow no more than 150 a day but usually I'm around 70-80. The cool thing about the software I use is the unfollowing tool so I usually have about as many followers as I have people that I am following. Right now most of my accounts have around 800-1000 followers.

lol I'm not going to give away my niche publicly but I'll use one generic example. One that I personally don't use but essentially you are presenting products that people need directly to them. For example, selling web hosting to a bunch of web design companies that are following you. Imagine your followers like a list.

 

I paid $107 for my Twitter software and the rest pretty much was profit.

 

So, is the testimonial in your OP and the one on the tweetattacks.com blog really YOURS? They appear to be the same.

i tried twitter but i don't get much traffic .i add people 100 a day.

 

I mainly sell software and scripts although that's about as specific as I'd like to get. High commissions though I send out about 75 tweets a day per account.

Clickbank is one of the networks I use but I also use eJunkie, Paydotcom and RAPBank. I use Tweet Attacks to send out my tweets. I used to use Hummingbird but had problems with accounts getting banned personally.
