Another example of overpowered Digg users

What’s going on with digg? Seems like the digg algorithms need some tweaking. As of now, the top 4 stories on digg all have sub-30 number of votes. Remember the discussion about how over-powered the top 100 digg users are? Well, this is just another good example. While it takes hundreds of “casual diggers” to get a story to the top page, only a handful of “top diggers” can get it right up there.

I dug it too. Perhaps this story will make it to the front page. Ah the delicious irony...

None of the top diggers is ever going to digg it. I wonder how many "casual diggers" will it take to get up there, if ever.

It's been 9 hours and only 15 diggs, I get the strange feeling it's not going to hit the front page.
