If you are using that option for genuine reason then its ok else.... BTW paypal disabled that option for indian paypal users as they are misusing that option. So take a lesson from that. DON.

Paypal has become pretty strict regarding personal payments. Indians were dong commercial transactions as personal transactions and hence paypal disabled that option for indian users. So make sure you use this option at it's true way.
I usually ask for personal payment, but if they are from same country. But i also stated that if they don't want, it is no problem. But for now, i will not do it anymore. It is better to get safe than make my country looks bad
If its allowed for you and your sender then you can send them as many time as you want but if paypal ask details about the transaction then you have to say the valid reason.
