Youtube should be sued by the RIAA it has to be one of the biggest breaches EVER

man, did you pay for your account ? do you have a contract with YouTube ? surely, the answer is NO, so they can delete your accout for the stupidest reason in the world... you just can not ask nothing if you have not a written contract with them....

this is exactly the situation of the users (many are here on DP) that had all their blogs deleted by Blogger. remember: What you pay is what you get! In this case.... you pay 0, you (can) get 0!

ask amitpatel.... he had about 30 weblogs created on that site, and one day, BOOOM, they were are deleted, together with his account!

 

And in this particular case they deleted your account for breaking the terms of service.

yep, thats was one of my worst day i lost all my blogs though my account was working, we cannot do anything because thats free blog servicess, anyway later i got paid hosting and wordpress blogs

I can get the whole catelogue of VH!, VH1 classic & mTV on youtube-for free. Any song I want I can get it on you tube. For free. No ads or anyting. There has to be a catch but there is none. This seems too good to be true, whihc is why it proabably won't last for long.

 

Very intresting topic , like some one said on page one of this topic its free adds for the big music companys , people see the vid ,lisen to the song and go out and buy it.

So in a way YourTube is helping all music companys , thay are not giving the music or download out for free as there is no download or way to download the goods on YourTube.

 

It's like a symbiotic relationship, both parties are gaining from the situation.

 

I'm not a big YT person, but maybe it was the amount and sizes of what you uploaded. No offense, but there seems to be a little more to the story ... ?

If I submit something to shoutwire, I would expect them to delete it based on our love/hate relationship. Is there something similar with you and YT?

 

Lol ive always wondered the same thing, google videos and youtube have a soo much copyright material, ie band videos on it... for free.

 

YouTube videos CAN be downloaded... i did it 2 days ago. Do a search on Google and you'll surely find many tutorials of downloading YouTube videos...

 

I sent youtube a complaint about this saying trained munkies could pick up copyrighted material better then you guys, the email had a list of around 50 examples. None of which are yet to be removed.

This was sent a few days ago I am yet to recieve a reply.

The thing is they know what they are doing they just dont care about it they only listen when a majior company makes a move they make money of other people's work via adsense and they love it

If you want to keep their copyrighted material its soo easy to do!!!!

 

i meant, why dont you use links to utube videos, if those videos already there? whats the trick uploading yours?
