Since last 2 time I have notice that my links in Google (link:site.com) and ranking increased just before PR updates..

This time too, My one blog links and ranking in SERP have increased, so I think my PR will also increases this time too.

Have you ever notices such stuff in Google ?

Google's Serp's and your backlinks always will change, regardless of any upcoming PR updates.

Maybe you see increase in your pagerank and maybe you wont see.
Search engine ranking is different from backlinks and pagerank.

Yes, I noticed a similar thing on my site prior to each pagerank export prior to the site being about 18 months old. There was also an increase in traffic that tailed off a month or so after the toolbar export - though it always remained higher than before the PR export.

It does not follow any specific time plan but most of the major updates in the past had a time gap of 3 months... and so educated guess would infer that the next one should happen in the first week of July! :)

You will often find fluctuation with Google's rankings. It's all part of the fun of SEO.
