-1 appeared in my earnings too....?

 

I had my first premium sale today but it seems that sales do not count any more. -1 for me too.

 

Seems like that -1 is the premium sale. Mine too not counted. Hope sm will fix it.

 

Two little questions:
1/ will the +400MB download available for free member?
2/ my sales for june is 13 / $44.70 and my DL earnings is 11806 / $151.93. Is pay-per-DL the best solutions for me?

 

they don't want to answer that its 3 times now and no answer

 

Didn't they start to implement their new site changes? Their quote from before:

If you choose sales, at least you'll get 60% from it which is better than before.

 

Now, we have been forced to choose between.

Guarantee low income and not Guarantee high income

no hybird option avialable.

New Zealand, Singapore, Iceland, Brunei Darussalam, Finland are in Group B, but Poland in group C. Really pathetic. For files up to 50mb - $2, 50mb, 100 mb - $4, more than 100 mb - $6. That is the same as the rank of the Hotfile.com Cooper, with the difference that from the hotfile download better. I knew a long time will not run well, and invent something.

- We are looking into the issues of the "-1" for premium sales. This is NOT due to the new payout structure, as it hasn't taken effect yet. As soon as we know more, we will let you know. Rest assured that no points will be wasted.
- At this time, free users are only able to download files < 400 MB. Our payout table includes files over 400 MB because we now count premium sales!
- We are looking into your feedback concerning the new payout. Obviously, we're not able to implement all requests, but we will see what we can do to help you ease into this as much as possible.
- Concerning the new name (FileSonic.com), ALL your old links will continue to work, and you will also be able to generate SM links from FileSonic for a while. For more information about the move, please visit our website and click on "Click here for more info..." on the top banner. This should answer most of your questions.

Guys, remember the big picture:

1) We now pay for ALL countries
2) We will now pay for PREMIUM downloads as well
3) If you can find a way to generate traffic from top countries, you can make up to $30 per 1000 downloads (this is unheard of!)
4) If you can convert well, you can choose 60% RevShare (also unheard of!)

And finally, don't forget the July promo that will DOUBLE your earnings on weekends. And I can promise you that we will continue to run promos to keep our affiliates earning lots. Just keep uploading and the vast majority of you will end up making more money given all these facts.

Guys, we've done a lot since we've started in this business. We're not perfect, but we're definitely moving in the right direction! I can guarantee you that you will be happy to be part of what will become the world's best file sharing site.

I'll certainly try you out and promote you around. A good thing about your site is that is NOT on the ban list of many forums - like other file-hosts. In fact, some sites love you - AND if they do - so do I! Keep site and forum relations stable, that's really how you help as a lot.

 

Stan, this is a good analysis. However, I'd like to add 2 more facts in our support:

1) We give the affiliates the option to get 60% of premium sales! Believe me, some affiliates will be making A LOT of money this way.
2) We run very generous promos on a regular basis! For instance, our July promo (x2 weekend payouts) will make you guys see some amazing results that month! Since we've started, we've had a promo every month, so you can expect this to continue!

smatrix, I really can't understand on what criteria you based your countries selection... It's ridiculous, to be honest.

 

I would join your system however i checked it out first by downloading a file for free. I never got as far as actually downloading it as it said i had to wait 10 min ! , so i had a cup of tea came back about 13-15 mins later and said it expired and had to wait another 10 mins. Seem's a little overkill whereas fileserve and other hosts have a 30 sec wait time for a file. I went running back to other hosts after this happened, you may want to consider lowering the wait time to 1 min max , thanks

 

my house mates have all gone away so its just me using our internet. It happens with this file (found on google as a test)

Last days I had some difficulties to make uploads. The upload stop always before finish, or goes until 100% but don't appear in my list.

And... for when a uploader software like Easy-Share use!

 

I just tried it from here as an anonymous user (without logging in) and I had to only wait 30 seconds!

I'll have the tech guys look into it, but I really doubt that there's an issue on our side. It's the first time I hear of people having to wait more than 30 seconds on the first file.

 

Hello i had my american friend test and it works fine with 30 secs count down. Its either an issue with my internet or there is a probem with UK download count times. Thanks for the support
