Removing background of ads altogether; against TOS?

    I have removed the bg from the search form so that it blends better with the site. Not that i will change it, but was wondering if making the ad bg transparent will violate the AS TOS. Anyone?

    hmmm... i didnt know you were allowed to remove the bg from the search area...interesting...
