any USA paypal verified can send the 8$ to my Indian account and i will send u the 9$ to ur account.y means my us account is not verified.i am not able send the money to my Indian account.

i have two accounts..one is my own USA unverified account.and other one is my father Indian paypal account...i am not able to send the money from my account to my father account...pls help me

if your account says 0$ limit then you cant send to anyone you should verify your account

 

personal payments also requires verified account .?

 

You cant send personal payments to Indian Paypal account because Paypal has stopped personal payments in India.
