Hi guys, Need your help on deciding which domain to buy. Suppose that the keywords that I wish to promote are: I LOVE GOOGLE. Which domain is best : ILOVEGOOGLE.BIZ or IREALYLOVEGOOGLE.COM ? The big question is, exact match biz or not exact match com ... Thanks a lot !
As the above have mentioned, .com is like the best registry.... However, looking at the number of .com registrations, ALL generic names and 2 word names have been taken... if you are very particular about an exact name, I suggest, you try .biz..
If you want your visitors to remember your name, and to be repeat visitors, you'll want to register a .com .biz has nothing to do with the way google ranks you or anything, it's just that the users are used to .com
.com is more brandable. however if your main target is getting ranked for that exact keyword then .biz you mentioned is your best choice. this could be the case with affiliate sites etc.
If you take general domain name, Google makes no difference. It can differ, if u choose .co.uk or .us.
Keywords in domain is just a partial of a whole picture and not an "all-in-all" solution anyway. They are not different from seo perspective but absolute different from regular users and marketing perspective. I would recommend give a go with .com instead of .biz in this case.
The name becomes your identity and if you intend to develop this site as your main site.. then I do not think you should be compromising on the name quality. Select the name as you wish... with .biz and if you wish to retain the default .com visitors as well, you can also buy this .com name and use it to redirect it to your main site! Regards, RightMan
i would go with exact match .biz - will help you on the ranking , and .biz will pick up strong in the next few years
TLD is not important to google, and since the number of letter in the .biz domain is less and i 'd better take that.
