I am quitting my old servers as well as my websites :p and starting a new forum.
This forum will be very big as per the traffic is concerned, there may be atleast 100-200 members online!

and i will be using phpbb3 and my modded forum takes around 5MB per page in queries and resources,

I will be hossting 3-4 more small time sites specific to small niche or limited traffic

so what kind of hosting and which host shall i look for?

    Reply with your experience please

which host is good and needless to say the cheapest with satisfaction :)

    Regards

If you really will have a forum with 100-200 members online all the time for sure you will need a good VPS or a dedicated server. On shared hosting your website will cause to much load and you risk to be suspended all the time.

You definteily need a High-End VPS or Dedicated Server.

    What is your budget?

You shouldn't have any trouble finding a decent High-End VPS with a budget of around $50/£34.

you should purchase your own VPS or Semi Dedicated Hosting.
Shared Hosting probably is not for you.
But a dedicated server may be just a little too much

I'm pretty sure that low end VPS will work the best for you. That is not expensive solution though.

For unmanaged low end VPS servers I recommend IntoVPS. If you don't know how to manage a VPS yourself or simply don't have the time then I suggest you get a Fully Managed VPS server instead.

I can suggest you a hosting company that offers a Linux basic plan, Diskspace - 10GB, Bandwidth - 400GB, 256MB RAM, 2 dedicated IP addresses and completely 2 months free hosting only at $24.99 . Please let me know if you are interested in it. I will PM you the website URL.

For low end VPS, try EcoVPS... High-end, go for Linode.

I guess it's better to use dedicated server for forum with 100-200 users online. Some kind of mid-end should be enough.

Your requirements would make you a good candidate for a scalable Cloud Virtual Machine... That way you can simply scale up your resources when you need more!
