I seem to think its okay; Others think its bad. Im interested in everyones opinion on "is buying articles bad". Do you think Popular blogs have bought articles? Also, is it right or wrong. Here lately Ive been mixing bought articles with my own content, meaning I do buy articles, but I still right my own from time to time. So, whats your opinion?
Im just feel like Im letting my community down or some how being "wrong to them". Like Im not giving my opinion. I love writing, but I also love sharing other peoples work. Ex: Buying articles.
I don't think it is bad, but i would check the articles first either it is original or copying from somewhere else.
I couldn't understand whats wrong with it. Obviously you can buy content for your site. But, I agree with KimiGermany that content should always be unique rather than copied one. People hire more than one content writer for their sites. I myself write content for sites and get paid but the content becomes copyright of the site and I cannot publish it somewhere else.
Many webmasters outsource articles and website content, as long as it isn't plagiarized and adds to the visitors experience it's not going to be a problem even if it's not you that's writing the articles. And if that bothers you just give credit to a "pen name" like at article directories where you don't want to people to see the different types of niches you're dabbling into lest they think of you as less of an "expert".
Instead of buying articles, what about having guest bloggers? If you make it clear the article is not yours but a guest bloggers, you don’t have to worry about letting down your audience because you’re not sharing your opinion. I’ve written as a guest blogger before and it was a great experience. I have no doubt there are other bloggers who would jump at the chance to write for another blog. It opens themselves up to new readers.
I don't see any reason why it would be wrong or bad business to purchase content or articles so long as you make sure it is unique, informative and fits well with what your users are there for.
I don't think theres any problem in buying articles... Just make sure that your not buying duplicate content and its in good quality!
Buying articles? I must admit, I'm ignorant to the various types of blogs out there, so I'm having difficulty understanding the benefit of buying articles. Maybe it's because I hope to establish my own, unique feel and voice. Maybe I'm selfish? I want full credit for anything I publish to the internet.
To me it is a time thing, when you have other projects going but need to keep things updated and fresh, buying content can be a huge help.
Just about every newspaper, magazine and periodical both online and offline buys articles from freelance writers. It's no big secret, the publishing world is full of daily examples..from CNN to Vogue. The trick is buying quality articles. Most people that solicit article writing services on forums and such are selling crap articles that are either duplicated or are written by people with terrible English skills, basic of below basic education, and no expertise to draw on. Talented writers cost money. If you are buying $5 articles, it's best not to even bother. The time you take to correct mistakes, or rewrite them is not worth it, and you may as well just write your own. Honestly, who would do anything quality for $5 ? Who would spend $5 and expect quality ?
Their is no harm with buying articles. Only condition is that the articles should be unique and well written. If the articles are duplicate then you may face problem of copyright act if they belongs to some other company. So they should be unique.
