Has anyone tested this to see if it really helps any? To me it doesn't sound much different than turning off Interest-based ads (which doesn't help either) in your account settings.

Are you talking about CPC or CPM? As i know not all the adsense ads pay for CPM

 

I thought Google AdSense didn't do CPM at all, I thought it was only CPC?

There is CPM, but it doesn't pay very well. Most times it's .01-.03 per 1000 impressions.

Are you kidding?!?! Wow That's horrible. Is it even raw impressions or unique visitors?!
