why selling add slots and links. if you have 1100+ genuine visitors you can earn more amount from your adsense add's than what your expecting from selling slots and links.
Where is the traffic from? I am particularly interested in UK and US traffic, but not so much Indian traffic. You should certainly work on your website title - currently it tells you nothing about the website other than its name. I also can't find any header tags in your homepage source. If you get traffic from the UK and US I would imagine you could make more money from Adsense than from these placements - try text-based advertising. The images you currently have look pretty spammy and I doubt they get many clicks. The website has a lot of potential, so please don't feel offended - just some friendly advice .
