Hello, I am 19, and I am a Google AdWords Professional. I have passed their Advanced Search and Repoting and Analysis. I am also passed the GAIQ Exam with 100% and use GA as a great tool for online marketing. I recently got my first client. A lawyer that wants to increase his firm. I have been asked to set up his website and start getting him leads. Budget is 5000 USD. I have done some CPA offers with PPC and everyone has been profitable. This is a little different, as if I am going direct to the advertiser to generate business. No middle man (The CPA Network), and it seems I can be more flexible about what I can do. I have generated more then 50,000 dollars on the internet: CPA Offers, and Selling things on Amazon and eBay (I am a powerseller and Top Rated Seller). I have always had a passion for search marketing. Other things such as selling on Amazon and eBay were just ways to make some extra money to sustain my life and needs. I now have my first PPC Client and am excited. I hope a do a good job. I have been learning about SEM for years and have experience since I was about 15. I would like to speak to other people who manage clients account or have experience with law firms. I will be documenting my experience and the profitability of the campaign. Feel free to IM me! I live in Michigan, near Detroit/Ann Arbor. I would love to meet other AdWords Professionals.
Congratulations on passing out the GAIQ.... you should be able to get offline clients... there are tons of posts in here which will help you work on identifying offline clients
Thank you. I too, am very excited. I have been trying to get a lawyer as a client and he has accepted. I need to get his website and search campaign running within 2 weeks, he has budgeted $5,000 which I feel is great. I do not do web design, so I will need to hire a firm to design the site for me, but I can manage it, make copy changes, etc.. I am just awful with just creating and designing things. I never did like art class. If you don't mind, could you direct me to a few of these posts you speak of? I am unsure of the keywords to use, but I will begin searching myself once I finish this post. Haha.
5k for law based kws, hell that's gonna be a though ride if you're doing search network. You gonna have to do a great job on the site and ad copy
I don't think so. I have done some research on the estimated CPCs and it will be manageable. We will just be launching a campaign for just one of the many services offered within his legal specialty, thus far.
