I remember the days when you had to part with your hard earned cash for content/information (magazines/newspapers) What harm is filling out a survey for free to get the same thing? if not a richer experience than traditional media
Cpalead used in starbucks scam: http://www.sophos.com/blogs/sophoslabs/?p=8475 And another scam before that using cpalead: http://www.sophos.com/blogs/gc/g/2009/02/23/sneaky-survey-prey-wikipedia-users/ Cpalead has a great score and reputation don't you think. http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/cpalead.com http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/batch.cpalead.com/ CPALead Letting Blackhat Pass By http://www.pyrogenicmedia.com/cpalead-letting-blackhat-pass-by/ CPALead.com sucks [ a personal message from the heart of a burned cpalead victim ] http://coolie-the-loach.deviantart.com/journal/28816505/ There are probably lots more scams and malware hijacks too, all making money through and for cpalead. That's not really something I would want to be associated with no matter how much $$$ is at stake. Reputations once lost on the internet never come back, especially if you deal in malware and scams.. It surely won't be long before this company is blocked by everything and everyone, if they aren't already.
hahaha what next? People complaining about seeing banner ads on web sites? CPAlead is a professional respectable company that provides a gateway for web site owners with premium content. They don't tolerate fake content or other scams. If the web site has a CPAlead gateway over their content, you have a CHOICE. You can either do a survey or leave the site. The people posting in this thread that are against CPAlead seem to be profitting from software that tries to block the gateway. Luckily, the staff members of CPAlead are constantly updating their gateway to make sure that those methods of blocking it don't work. I feel bad for replying to these posts because it'll move this ridiculous thread to the top again, but I just had to say that.
CPAlead is Malware? thats a new one, I haven't heard that yet.. If anything, maybe a couple end users get things confused and is making the assumption that a popup is "malware", but I'm also not suprised at all that Mike-XS is here hyping up the claim that CPAlead is malware, seeing how he is the author of a "Anti Ad" program that he will likely sell to you given the chance.
heh, people think the internet should be free, like bandwidth and hosting don't cost us anything??? quit being lazy.
flattr.com is another way of getting money and let the users decide if your content is worth it. I have never filled out any survey and I will not. If the content is worth it i will pay, but I won't waste my time. So to every site owner torturing their visiters with CPAs: IT SUCKS But I have one question to you: How is the impact to your site traffic? Doesn't it significantly drop after activating CPA surveys?
You cant watch a streaming movie/tv show/ anime series legally. If they will use any payment options, copyright holders will trace the addy and they'll be in big trouble. So people using this cpalead to make moola. Well except this movies/tv you'll get stuffs from places like ebay/amazon/clickbank. But it will cost $
Well if it's about warez: There's way enough online and in the older days people did this to get respect in the scene and not to get money. Just a thought.
Those serveys are stupid and never work and you must work for the stupid CPA people or watever it is ur stupid
Most people complete a servey and sit there and wait for 10 min. and it says servey not complete so u try another one and another one so CPA can go to Hell .........if it won't work right i said IF
