Adsense and many sites

Hi,

I have some 4 sites in which I am using adsense. I only put my publisher ID in the WP theme I use. I want to know how I can divide the sites using only the publisher ID or what should I change in the theme code to divide the sites based on different channels of adsense.

 

I think if you want to add ads by change code on themes top,sidebar,footter

 

use your mind

 

You need to create the code individually for each website, mean not using one on all website
Then, you can set channel to track the earning for individual site

you should research SEO, improve your content, exchange link, make backlinks, and...

 

you can create the different channels in the adsense and can generate the differnt adsense code for differnt sites and can apply. This will give you sperate info of the earning from differnt sites.

 

create channels by option given in your adsense account, than you can see your daily earning of your each site seperately

 

Actually in the theme I am using, I only change the publisher ID. I am not adding the complete code so what is point of making the chennels ?

I think channels can be useful if we are adding the codes manually, but I only change the publisher ID in the them.

 

Have you tried URL channels in AdSense? You can set up one for each URL.

 

The problem is that I use a Wordpress theme in that Adsense is already setup. I only change the publisher Id in that, and no change in that. How I can use channels in that ?

 

Yes same me, I use only URL channel. It's easy manage and stop confuse.

 

Its vital that you have a way of tracking your earnings in place. Just make sure if you are going to sell your sites someday that you are using URL channels.
