Is there some embedded algorithm that Google gives preference to their commercial customers? Of course it will not be admitted officially.. but does anyone have any reason to believe they are doing this, or any examples of it?
Despite what you may hear, the organic search results are separate from the sponsored searches. There is nothing connecting the two. Using Adwords will in NO WAY affect your organics directly. Those saying they experience better organic rankings after starting an Adwords campaign is pure coincidence.
no it wont however the people who access your site using ppc may come back organic search in the future which will result a bit higher ranking overall
Google adwords can indirectly have positive effect on your rankings! How? I have tried it myself before. When you run an adwords campaign in the long run (3months or more) you can see your adwords campaign slogan or url in the search results! When you click that result, you wont see your ads there but on the search results or cache you will see your ads URL which fill affect your rankings indirectly. And you will get some Direct visitors to your website who type the URL seen in the search results
Definitely not. To obtain ranking on Google you must first SEO your webpage and submit it to Google so that their search engine spiders can find your site and index it.
Hi Both Google Adwords or any other Sponsored link account( Yahoo, ask, msn, and many more ) and SEO have a different algorithm structure to determine site rank and they are no where interlinked with each other. Hope the information clears ur doubt and helps!!!!!
Does using Google Adwords help get a new site indexed faster - if you are getting say lots of page impressions ?
Google Page rank is based on back links. Back links are Links pointing to your website from another website. The more back links you have the higher your PR will be. 1. Join forums, forums are a great way to achieve links to your website. 2. Submit to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. 3. Using ezine ads (or newsletters). 4. Creating and publishing articles. 5. Links from related websites.
2. Submit to search engine directories. Search engine directories are a good way to get a free link to your website. What is the best way to do this? Thx in advance.
Not likely. Say you have a new site and you use Adwords to start promoting it. Google is now aware of your site, more precisely and importantly, the pages within your site. Whether they use this information to crawl your site for indexing, I don't know. It just makes sense that they do. As a new site, you surely would submit it to them to crawl and index. But using Adwords would not get this index process go faster. They are two separate things.
google's criteria for serp and ranking is separate issue and commercial customers are free from favour than promoted sites by ranking
