Paypal Help : Account Verification & Limitations.

    Hello, I Am Rahul Anand, I Am 17 Year Old, I Want To Know That Can I Verify My Account Using Virtual Credit Card, And If Yes, Then Where Can I Get It ?
    Second, My Account Is Limited, Due To High Transfer Of Money, How Can I Restore It,
    As It Doesn't Show Me Steps To Restore Account On Resolution Center ?

    Yes, you can use VCC to verify your paypal..Just use google...
    but as far as I know,you must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and use the Service.

    If it doesn't shows any steps then you need to call PayPal Customer care and ask them what needs to be done in order to restore your account.
    And you can use your bank account also to verify PP account.

    If it doesn't shows any steps then it means that PayPal doesn't wants you to have as a customer any more. You can't resolve that issue.

    If I Add CC Or Bank Account, And Make My Account Verified Then Will They Restore My Account To Normal [Currently : Limited] ? And If I Want To Restore My Account To Normal What Documents Proofs I Need ?, Because There Are No Steps On Display On Resolution Centre

    google VCC with your country language and you will find local.
    Don't do high transfer of money with personal payment or you will be limited.
    They don't like someone use their service freely
