    www.google-ranking-tips.com is for sale

    PR4

site is a couple of years old

ranks well in yahoo and msn for "google ranking" and "google ranking tips"

is designed to sell an ebook, but could be used as a blog or whatever.

If you buy, you can have the ebook as well, but it needs to be updated to reflect the latest changes. (The ebook is one I wrote, so it is not being distributed by anyone else).

Domain name renewal is coming up at end of April, so I'd rather sell before then.

PM me with offers if interested.

Heh, I didn't list a ballpark price, cuz I just don't have one. I don't expect it to sell for much, if that helps. :)

BTW, you'll need to have your own hosting company, as the one I have it on sucks, and I can't even login lately to the control panel.

From memory only - about 100 uniques per day. But I can't log in to check for sure. Last time I checked was a while ago (maybe a couple months?), and so that number is strictly from memory.

I have allways wondered about something with these kinds of sites (there are a lot)
Are the customer reviews for real, or do people make them up (or ask someone to write them)?

Mine was real, but I would imagine a lot are made up. Also, I think some people offer others a freebie if they will write a review.

12 pages. It's nothing earth-shattering. Just really designed for beginners to understand the basics that we all already know. Never intended to sell to experienced SEOs. Just for the average Joe wanting to know what to do - without all the untruths that float out there.

oh, format - it's an exe file created by an ebook software program. I also have the original Word files that are used to create the ebook. So, you could use the original files to create a .pdf or use whatever ebook software you might own. I forget what the name of the software is that I used. I'll dig up the name, and post it when I do. (Found it - Easy Ebook Pro).
