upload files to secure area plugin

I am building a website for a client and he has requested:
# Each client can see a list of files that relate to them specifically
# These file storage areas require very high security

I am wondering if there is a good plugin for loading files like that and securing them with username/password.

I suppose I can use wishlist for username/password, however am not sure what to use for uploading files.

any advice is appreciated

The plugin use Amazon S3 with encrypted and expiring URL's and only accessible by the membership type(s) you select.
Highly secure AND always fast connection to download for your members (Amazon S3 guarantees a fast connection, even if 50 members download at the same time).
