    I have a question.

Does the backlink need to be http:// with or without www afterwards? What's better?

    Are you sure about that?
TLDs (Top Level Domains) have no meaning whether it's com or net or org website??

I have never found a .info in the top 10 for a remotely competitive term - does this mean the content is poor and unrelevant, the site has no backlinks, or Google doesn't favour .info domains? The jury is out on that one.

All tld's are indexed equal. No matters if its .com or .info
    "
Bullshit try to get a .co.cc domain ranked for a keyword that atleast 4-5 sites with 50-100 links are competing you are gonna need like 500-1000 to outrank them

"Hey, I tried to use Reddit but they remove the Reddit page automatically due to spm reasons so there's nothing much I can do in Reddit?

I've never used these sites you guys mentioned, am I allowed to post links there or not? "

I've paid for my domain, it's not free but the question is if google cares about dot info domains or not? Most people say they do but some say they don't, so who's right..?

    Look just buy these domains
    .com
    .net
    .org
    .info
    .us
    Don't use those
    co.cc
    .to
other free domains(except blogspot and wordpress and hubpages and squiido)

be patient man, i have a .info site and google indexed it within a week i submitted it. just keep adding quality contents and go to relevant niche communities. one day you'll find your site in google's index.
