hmm, im not sure if i understand what you auctually want..

If your contact is this page "contact.php" (example) and you want to include another page into that one, you just use include("thenepage.php"); inside the contact.php where you want the new page located.

If this is not what you where looking for please try to descripbe a little better and more.

 

with all due respect, are you trying to say that you want a php functionality in your contact page (which happens to be an html). A functionalily - that automatically sends the contact form query as an email to your specified address??
