Alexa is no way a Measure to check up with the near by earnings from a Blog. Alexa Rank is nothing other than a number. But it stays correct due to the fact that money making websites has huge amount of visits. OK, If you simply believe in Alexa, DO one thing, Buy Some 10K traffic from Low paid PTC's Or Whatever, Your alexa rank would become a great one, and once the paid traffic finish, alexa would be same for some more time, but Your Blog will earn nothing. So better, Dont Depend on Alexa But Care about things like, PAge Rank, ONpage SEO, BAcklinks and thus Serp Rank. Thanks.
Alexa numbers are utter waste. PLease for GOD SAKE don't believe in alexa. Keep writing and blogging. Believe on Keywords to get traffic and thereby you earn $$. Don't believe in alexa, its simply waste. No use, one can get easily go down if he concentrates on forums and some guest posting ..
Yes. I know alexa rank isn't accruate. But some leading publisher consider this rank. So can't just over look it. Well tell me. What's rank you will say good?
I will say about alexa rank Just the waste of time and nothing else. So, don't depend on alexa rank and also PR but continue to write fresh contents that should be unique and attractive.
Alexa rank, or even page rank for that matter, have no bearing on whether or not your blog will make money. It's about your content and targeted traffic.
I agree with everyone, alexa rank is not accurate, i have no idea why people still so much care about it. And it definitely has nothing to do with making money and alexa ranks
Where are you guys getting all of this horrible misinformation? ALEXA RANK HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IF A WEBSITE MAKES ANY MONEY! Alexa rank has nothing to do with of a website is successful. Alexa rank, even though it is ridiculously inaccurate, if gained naturally, is a by product after the fact. Money and Alexa have NOTHING to do with each other.
Heh it's been a while since I've been on this forum, but I used to remember downloading and installing Alexa just so I can get a better ranking. I got within the thousands easily just from me checking up on my website (with the toolbar installed). It's silly....but I just went ahead and installed it on my Mac (a good Alexa ranking can't hurt)
rank has nothing to do with money, it doesn't mean high ranked sites make more money compared to a poor ranked site, traffic matters and not the rank

You can make money with any alexa rank but Advertisers usually look for sites under 100,000 alexa rank if they want to buy text ads on your site. They also take pagerank.
Alexa ranking has no bearing directly, neither does page rank. Content and keywords are what you should focus on sport.
