Who is a better person, Christ or Muhammad? Why one of the them is not a true prophet

There are 2 major claims:

1) The tree of knowledge is bad. (Genesis)
2) The Bible was written to keep the common man from gaining that knowledge.

 

the point of religion is not knowledge. it is faith.
you do not have to believe in the bible if you do not want to. it is a choice, or any other religion for that matter.
but have faith in one, only if you think it can help you when you need it. religion is like a stick. you should use it to walk if you need but it is not ok to use it to hit other people in the head.

 

Finding the right stick may help.

I do a lot of hiking and use an old hoe handle for a walking stick, at least seven years on the present one - a true walking stick should be strong enough for defense as well and will slay the Rattle Snake that threatens my Terrier if necessary. Can not overlook the similarity of conviction to do the same were there a threat from evil. Certainty between good and evil is attainable and the real goal that makes all religions in the end the same.

you can walk just right. you are picking a weapon. maybe one that can help you in your train. a weapon nonetheless. you are thinking of killing and fighting only, not enjoying the garden at all

point2- you want to walk in the woods and when you reach the home of the snake he comes out to protect his family. he rattles to scare you away, you plan to kill him if he does, instead of moving away and changing your path, and snake is the evil. i see.

My walking stick is a companion and if necessary as in the wilds a defense when necessary - a rabid fox for consideration to fend off for anyone.

....Twice this summer there has been an encounter with the mighty Rattler and all is well, each going its separate way.

your confusion with evil is your own making and certainty is what is necessary in its confrontation so difficult to discern.

Spiderman and superman both are imaginative not real one.. where as god and goddesses are real n true.

You can't exactly say which was a better person. Chinese whispers have turned to arabian whispers in this instance. The strories have changed loads over the years with all the inaccurate treanslations etc (in the case of the bible) - the qur'an if i'm right in saying has never been changed??? Either way, you have never met either so who can really say?

It seems to me like you're on a bit of an anti muslim crusade ATM mate, it isn't healthy. I agree that Islam has failed to change with the times that we now live in, but TBH neither have some branches of christianity e.g catholicism!

BTW I have a few very close muslim friends and they have been brought up to question what they have been taught.

Get off of your high horse! Every war in history has been at heart to do with religion in some aspect. And christians have been on far more crusades than any other religion.

Turn it into wine, but you cannot drink it. So good luck finding something non alcoholic in the desert.
