Wordpress.org is support Plugins? please give me answer as soon as possiable.

yes. you don't need to understand it, you just need to know which plugin to use.

 

I agree with the previous answer. it depends on what plugin you want to install, let say, for example, you want a social plugin.You can then do this:
1. Admin dashboard (admin page) look for Plugins, then click "Add new" and type in "social" in search box, then click "Search"
2. It will show you lots of "social" plugins, and choose which one you want to install. The more star rating it gets, the more popular it is.
