Google Buzz? Yes/No?

Looking into additional social networking programs and stumbled upon Google Buzz not to long ago. From any of the users here, would it be worth it? Haven't hear too much from it and wanted to ask around before jumping in.

 

If you happen to have a huge network of google emails of friends, then yeah it could prove useful. Otherwise, it might not be amazing. Rather work on Digg, Stumble Upon, Facebook or Twitter.

 

So in other words Buzz is GMail oriented?

 

Right, it is the fact under current situation. You would be hard in building your own followers as comparing to Twitter or Facebook. I would be junior on the social networking arena, IMO.

I don't like google buzz. Maybe because I always compare it to facebook.

 

This application might become useful and successful, maybe if Google incorporates some of their applications like Buzz, Google Friend Connect and Google wave...

 

I don't see any relevance on using Google Buzz as if you want to write somthing short and simple, you have Twitter. For medium length, you can use Faceboook and and for lenghty stuffs, you still can create your own blog/microblog..

So, I don't see how will Google Buzz fit in the social networking world.

Plus, I do agree with WishBone. Why don't Google make one product that incorporate all those three products's features.

 

Google Buzz is a flop ...

 

google buzz is very simple to use but from what i see there are only a few people using it for business/advertising/promotional purposes.

 

I'm been looking at it but don't rate it.

 

I don't like buzz. they came out with it about 2 years too late. facebook and twitter are still the champs of social mini blogs

 

In my opinion... buzz is nothing but a poor attempt by google to replicate the success of twitter/facebook... within gmail!

Google Buzz is simple, they are almost the same as twitter. But there are some interesting features, which you can share anything with the content that you have. I have seen a member who shared content and brings google adsense ads.

 

I can't understand why there are Yahoo Buzz and Google Buzz?
They are running out of words for new product names or what?

 

Use it before but seems it doesnt as good as twitter at this moment

 

I love google, but they're a day late and dollar short with this. I don't see it catching on. I've used it once and said Oh... now what?

 

So the question is we can use it to improve our visitor?

 

Yes I agree with what everyone said, with how Google buzz is Google's poor attempt to clone twitter and such but it's free.. why not use it?
if you got a good network of friends, sure you'll get hits from it!
don't sweat the small stuff.

 

Buzz looks boring but it has great potential for seos. It will be a big thing very soon.

 

Buzz is Good But Its cant beat Twitter.
