Why are those sites arent banned? Its because maybe some arent really violating the adsense TOS like you think they are, or maybe some hasnt been banned YET(but eventually they will be). Or maybe its their 2nd,3rd, 10th google adsense account..

Why are you so concerned? Something tells me you dont spend a cent on adwords but I also can tell you couldnt care less for adword advertisers because you already tried to steal their money.

Are you just raging that Google caught you cheating and they are not catching others?

Fox move on because its a bit pathetic that someone who has be banned from Adsense is now barking about other cheaters.

    Epson. now it makes sense.

Was just trying to gather opinion on
    - why some sites are not banned
    - how long it takes to ban etc...

    TY!

I dont use adwords nor do i use adsense now. Im trying to study the GAS thingy! Hope that is not hurting you. Sorry if it does.

Except I have personally (along with so many others) told you that there is a review period, yet you continue to start these threads which add absolutely nothing. You can be in a queue to be reviewed for ban for all you know.

Maybe no one has ever even clicked on the violating ads and therefore there may be a slight violation (yes, ads on a login page of an otherwise compliant site is hardly a jaw dropper) but as no AdWords advertisers are being ripped off, other bans take priority.

I can never get why people point to others not being banned as some sort of justification for their own account to be reinstated.

Get serious man...How does posting jpeg's of a couple of people with non blended AdSense on their login page (out of 10's of thousands) have anything to do with their "business plan"?

    It makes no sense

To be honest, these aren't even the people Google should be worried about. It is those tricking or inciting people into click or clicking on their own ads. These are the people that cost AdWords advertisers millions of wasted dollars.

Why dont u accept that google isnt good enough to find these trickers?
I think google shold plug in more staff to work on these ratehr than relying on robots.

It also implies that AdWords is not the best option to advertise on the net - u waste millions of dollars on it . true?

To find people with no traffic who have a forum and have an AdSense block on their login page? It isn't about being good enough, it is about priorities.
Nope, but the value would increase even more. All I care about when it comes to advertising programs is return on investment. Despite the money which is wasted, AdWords is still one of the best.

Because its is pointless...I have a lot better things to do then research and post marginal AdSense violations on a webmaster forum when there is a report feature specifically for that purpose.

    Where?

Actually, I wish G would make an exception in The_Fox's case and tell him why he was banned. Then we can all move on.

You don't seem to realize that common sense will solve most of the banning problems.

A site with hundreds or thousands of content pages with adsense in it's template is not likely to get banned because adsense shows up also in the login page. Yes, it's against the TOS in principle but adsense implementation in site templates is so basic that no one will bother for this single login page on a large scale site. Do you understand the logic? Your attempts seem more and more pathetic.

Is this acceptable from google's side? I wudnt wonder if it's agreeable with you. I agree with it?

Hey mate, my "project" is to study - Google's effectiveness in AdSense and AdWords.

Here's another example where GAS serves ads with Hindi Ads in English text.
Dont ask me the meaning of those words - transalate it if u can. :(

But you don't use AdWords and you have a lifetime ban for AdSense. Why do you care about studying them? How will any results you get from your study help you?

Why not just turn the page and move on to something that will be more productive for you like monetizing your site in another way.

So what? We can't see the body of the mail so how do we even know.

Make up your mind. Is this thread about AdSense violations or how much you hate them?
