    I'd like to know what's the best Newsletter Plugin available ? I'd like to send Emails to my visitors each month.

    well for me feedburner is good n its the best .. did you tried that ?

    Avoid using too much plugins, as it can slow down your site, plus when it has updates, plugins can make problems.

    If you want to send updates to your subscriber, i would use feedburner to set up your rss email subsciption. Here is a video tutorial. that easy to follow.

    Feedburner is good its third party solutions so you dont have to worry about sending mass mail.
    mee Newsletter plugin is good plugin use java query it may causes conflict with another plugin (dont know your host permit mass mailing or not.)

    These two are best

    as a desktop solution sendblaster is good with wordpress
