cpalead.com i saw this just now and looks like they accept incentive traffic will they accept paid to click paid to read paid to signup websites as publisher. anybody have experience with their policy..
well i signed up with them few days ago and have heard nothing yet. Tried added some of the staff via AIM but not online.
i am sure they accept PTC,PTR and PTS Website.in fact,i think it will work really well because CPalead is lead based and PTC and leads work well with each other

They do not convert. PTC, PTR, PTS are just only a programme to drive traffic and most of those traffic will not download or do any signup at all. so, it is useless to earn from thos junk
