"The KEI compares the 24Hour result (number of times a keyword has appeared in our database) with the number of competing web pages to pinpoint exactly which keywords are most effective for your campaign."
Go to this url what is this mean
    http://www.wordtracker.com/help/index.php?_a=knowledgebase&_j=questiondetails&_i=161

"The KEI compares the Count result (number of times a keyword has appeared in our data) with the number of competing web pages to pinpoint exactly which keywords are most effective for your campaign.
This shows the number of times a particular keyword has appeared in our database."

"E.g. Our database currently holds 341889344 words. A count of 147 tells us that this particular word has appeared 147 times in (this is over 90 days). "

the above two paras were taken out from word tracker,

it says KEI is dependent on Count and count os taken for the time period of 90 days

    hope this is clear

KEI is pretty vague so don't rely on it too much
