Which is the best Link Building Method ?

According to you which is the best Link Building Method and Why ?

1) Article Submission
2) Blog Submission
3) Directory Submission
4) Forum Posting
5) Link Exchange
6) Social Bookmarking
7) Template/Theme Links

 

I think the best link building method is diversity! Just concentrating on one source of links is going to fail in the long term.

Also I like more genuine links - online PR, social media and linkbait. But they're not always possible for all sites!

 

I think you listed some great methods. It's kinda like asking what is the best exercise...granted some may give you an answer, but the real answer is all of them, or the effective ones. Focus on all of those efforts listed, spread the risk, get great ROI because most of those options are free, minus sponsorships.

 

You have presented a good list but do not forget about leaving comments on other peoples blogs. I found I got quite a lot of links that way, but I did all the other methods too. Have you got Google analytics on your site? I find that is great to analysis the traffic source.

All the methods you've mentioned are important and you need to do each of them for make a good SEO, there's not the best link building because you need to implement all of them in your SEO

 

For my own personal link building strategies - I abuse the article marketing link building techniques... I have tried them all, but have found that building links by way of article marketing is far more effective than the others - atleast for me it is.

I do use some of the other strategies mentioned above, but I concentrate the most on article marketing/submissions.

 

Mix them up. All link building methods are good when combined (do not use linkfarms and other blackhatseo). But the best one - is the method that you invent on your own (so no one will be knowing this and it do not get oversaturated ;-)

 

Yeah, combine them up. Linkbait and viral content to get linked to is the BEST in my opinion..

It's really hard to rank these in order cause they will be alot of debates on this. I would say rule out link exchange cause google is damn good at detecting this. Although there is a theory that experts tend to link to each other, so even if you do this, keep it to a minimum. Forum posting is not bad, but be careful not to spam. Contribute to the discussion. Social book making is also decent. Directory submissions good but keep in mind what kind of directory it is ( pr , website traffic, paid vs non paid etc). Blog submission ok too. I know you asked for a ranking order for what works best, but all i can say is these are things you have to do anyway. Best advice for linkbuilding , spen time with the client and come out with something well and truly uniquie and helpful ( like how tos, lists tutorials). That's the best kind of linkbuilding i kw

 

yes i am agree with you. But Apart from that Article and press Release will make website popularity.

 

Above yours all techniques are equal, you can do link exchange this is most effective get results.

 

It's hard to choose only one as all of them are helpful if you use them in proper way.

 

Of course, Social book marking is the best link building method according to me. All other methods come behind book marking.
