Ditto. 1 tbsp, 1 cup. That, and espresso....

In Chicago, as a broke actor...greek coffee shop owner making me the finest greek coffee known to man - telling me, "no matter how poor - always leave a little room for luxury..."

I've held to that ever since.

I don't know how reliable this is - but years ago, in conservatory, my playwriting teacher used to say that tea is for writers, coffee for actors.

Since I was both, I used to drink coffee in order to prepare to play the role of a writer, by drinking tea.:D

Tea, with milk and 1 sugar. Not that often anymore, I used to have at least 5-6 a day.

Coffee I don't want anymore, I don't think it's that healthy, I rather have Barley instead. I learned that in Italy, you can't find it in the UK or in the US, I don't know elsewhere.

the positive effects of coffee outweighing by far the negative effects.
For tea it depends what kind of tea you're drinking. Some sort of tea, like black tea, can have really bad effects.

Norwegians drink most of coffee, more than 2 liters per head a day. Strong coffee though, bit it seems there's no health problem about this there, is there?

Tea is better than coffee for me. But I like both. I like Turkish coffee, too.
