I don't think you can trace the person but you can surely call your bank and request a charge-back. Plus, you need to get a new card and check your computer for trojan viruses.

Does the Credit Card Company provide the IP Address of the place through which the transactions took place?

Surely, if you are the genuine owner, they would have this information and tell you?

They will not tell you who used your card even if they know, which they most likely don't. Not only is this a privacy issue but it's a simple matter of security. The person using the card fraudulently likely isn't using their own name. If your bank gives you personal information about someone and you go out and do harm to, or harass, or anything to the person you think stole it, it's not a good thing. And most likely it's not the thief anyway.

On that part, police and other law enforcement organizations really don't care unless someone commits a lot of fraud on many cards. Usually the threshold is about $250,000 before anyone really cares.

The best thing to do when you realise that your CC is lost... is to inform your bank/CC company about it and have it blocked. I do not think it is possible to trace the thief as such people would obviously not reveal their true identity while making the purchases! :(

I don't think ClickBank can help you, may be you should deal with your bank.
IP address aren't identity cards, so they don't help a lot. Also the thief can be from another tooo far country.

First inform the bank abt stolen credit card!! and ask them to block it first!
