Problem Installing Wordpress Plugin. Please Help

I am getting this error:

Could not create directory. /public_html

Therefore the installation failed. How to fix this?

Well, the problem is that there is a message: Could not create directory. /public_html
That pops whenever I install a new plugin.

 

Try to make it 777 on the permission and I think try removing it and then upload a fresh one. That could help.

 

which file or folder should i make the permission 777?

 

delete the upgrade folder in wp-content , created a new upgrade folder and chmod to 777
