Microsoft To Buy Google?

Just wondered what would happen if microfot bought google? Would the authorities allow it or would it be seen as a monopoly?

 

M$ may have the money, but Google will not sell, So dead end

 

as said above, I doubt that google will ever sell out...

 

Think what would be the name for the new brand, Micro - girl - Microggle

 

LOL, is Microsoft richer than Google? I thought It was the other way around, or maybe I'm mistaken.

Microsoft wouldnt spend this kind of money and they are not using this kind of strategy

Microsoft might have been able to buy Google five years ago, but I don't think they have the market cap to do it now.

 

Google wont sell, they make millions every day, besides its not Googles fault that "Bing" is bad.

Google will not buy Microsoft bcoz they are creating their own OS .. So what is the need of windows ?
Also there was news that googler stopped using windows OS !!

 

Well Bing is not that bad their image search is actually better than Google in some ways

 

Yeah! Surely Google wont do it! If Microsoft buys it Google then the life of webmasters will become tough because it would surely make open source services to paid

 

I don't think MS will think to buy google. they have the tools to create another google.
What do you need to make a great search engine?
1- Huge amount of servers
2- Huge wide band of internet
3- Experience, following up new methods (which we call algorithms) to optimize the search results.
The fact is, MS is able to do this, but the question why they don't do?
I think the reason is, MS has enough competitions from other products they do, Servers OS, Sql Engines, Embedded systems, Workstations OS,..

 

Microsoft has not enough money to Google anymore

 

I think MS has enough money to buy Google, but they are both giants and Google will not be sold.
If MS would be able to put their hands on Google than it would be a huge impact since MS will not only control the PC industry, they will control the web and it is too much power. Nobody wants this and this is not going to happen, this is pretty sure.

 

Isnt Bing the MS Search Engine?

 

Although I admit its unlikely, you never know what could change in the future
I never though that VW could buy Porsche, or Oracle buying Sun. These are all giants, but times and fortunes change. In both these cases, I personally would've thought it would be the other way around.
