If you want to do something in your blog then go to your blog settings there will be more options regarding what you are looking for there.I really admire for this effort.
As your blog is on the blogger platform, you will easily find lots of articles on google for changing the settings and inserting the ad placements. Go for it, you can explore lot of things, once you get a hang of it I will be checking your blog regularly
Your theme looks great. nice color scheme and style. but you need a matching logo for the theme. just text screws up the layout. but that's just my opinion. if you need help in creating a logo. pm me
I don't found anything wrong in his blog. And one think, you can't get good rank or more visitor by modifying your ads place or having world no.1 logo. Main motto is your targeted users. What kind of users you're targeting.....Webmaster or normal Internet surfer. Style, website looks are the few things that have to consider BUT main is CONTENTS. If you don't have good contents at your Blog, you can't expect to get enough visitors even your blog have good look. update your blog regularly with unique contents and see what happen. thanks
NiCE, but i think you should promote your blog to raise your alexa rank or google page ranks and bring more visitor to come. that's only my suggest.
