Telemari, I have the same feelings. I have had a number of successful exchanges with them over normal stuff like ad placement and compliance issues. I agree that it helps to have some sort of relationship with them.

And since they are so receptive, I tend not to be worried bc I dont do anything wrong.

Aye- I could be wrong, they could just as easily ban me - but given that they have, on a number of times, given me helpful warnings on things - even things on my sites that were currently in violation of the TOS (unknowingly), I guess I feel that they might be more lenient in the future.

One time, I got the notice from them that they'd noticed invalid clicks on my account but that I should just be careful to avoid them in the future because they might 0-value invalid clicks (as opposed to banning me? hm...) and I responded to the notice, to which they thanked me for my response, etc etc...

I guess I just feel that I try very hard to make sure my sites are within the TOS at all times, and then try to back this up with sending them an email if I have a question on it, so that in some way, somehow, maybe I am more likely to receive forgiveness for any errors I unwittingly make on my sites.
