Contest 24 Hour / $50 Header Graphic with Email Form (uncoded)

    The image will go in the spot in the dark pink below the search bar.

    What I need is a full length graphic about 250 px.

    This will be the primary focus of the website that will replace the optin form in the sidebar.

    Form needs to contain
    Name
    Email
    Current Week of pregnancy

    I would like it to blend in nicely with the site and the form should be the first thing that is noticed when they land on the page.

    The signup is free and it gives a week by week email for each week they are pregnant. Please include something along those lines for the text. Dont use the graphic and text in the old signup form.

    Payment via Paypal.

    Hey,

    Just a quick question- do you mean you want to replace the currect sign up form with other design or add a new one in the pint bar at the right side? the bar with the categories..

    The new one will replace the old. Once the new one is up the one in the sidebar will be deleted.

    The new one will go in the dark pink bar right below the header. Where it says Uncategorized.

    So it will go across the full screen at 250px.

    Opt-in form in the middle and pictures/graphics/other stuff on each side.

    This is pretty much what I am looking for.

    But for $50 I would like to see a little more in it. Problem is I dont know what that would be. Maybe more graphics/pictures or detailed designs.

    Good work so far.

    Also you signup button isnt centered right.

    Looks better.

    Change the header to read "Sign Up To Receive Free Week By Week Email Updates"

    Change the Name, Email, Week font to something better. The normal font and size just doesnt fit.

    Make the sign up button a big square at the end and move to the left some. Change to red background instead also.

    After that I would say its good. Will just wait for other submissions to see if anyone comes up with something better.

    I like it but I stated...

    If you imagine that on my website now then I would have 2 of the same graphics above/below each other. I like everything else about it but a different image on the left and right side would be awesome.

    Its going pretty much right below the header on the site. So the 2 different pictures on the left of pregnant women wont work.

    Some other graphic besides a pregnant woman would probably be better. Maybe 2 calendars on both sides or something like that

    I liked your previous mailbox better.

    I've finished my design, but I've just read what you told good designer about the pregnant women, so I suppose that I'll have to replace that by something else. I was thinking about a calendar, however I'll soon change it. This was my first concept idea:
