What kind of softwares can you build? There are some useful ones in my mind: 1) PageRank, Backlink checker 2) Minimalistic keyword research tool 3) Article, press release, link directory submission tool 4) Blog search (according to keyword and niche) and comment facilitator 5) Web 2.0 sites automated profile creation tool 6) Article rewriter I don't have a niche site which would be appropriate to promote any of those but I'm really exploring the possibility of having these developed, how much would they cost and how profitable could they be. So maybe give me a quote or your opinion about my suggestions, a JV is definitely possible if you have the skills to build all those mentioned. So far I'm just thinking about the webmaster and SEO niche, so there are many more possibilities for other niches.
