Yes he is by picking up this team! I still not understand why he choose team which have half of players over 30 years! Their are some good performance from young players in season but yet to find the place and biggest mistake for me is not taking Walcott in team! Players are also responsible for worst performance as they not playing like a team and not serious about World Cup! They are just happy with Millions of money every month from their clubs!
nope its england team which has a problem last time too they could not even qualify for euro cup and their was no capello at that time Rooney Gerrard lampard terry they are more interested in playing for clubs rather than england. epl is huge but still they choose peter crouch as a striker that was hilarious. i blame the clubs who buys striker from africa and other countries rather than creating talent in england
i think capello has do a good job, cos he can make a great team. maybe the problem is in time. he needs more time to make different.

Defenetily the problem, Heskey should have never been on the plane, Gerard needs to be in a position he can make an impact and he needs to bang lampard and rooneys heads together they were shocking!
He has made mistakes with team selection. Heskey is only slightly more prolific in front of goal than a garden shed. Furthermore, continually leaving Joe Cole out of the side is madness.
