You can find a free script if you search well enough through google or other forums, which is basically a blank content unlocker. These allow you to plug in your affiliate links, with different offers of your choice. You could either work with an affiliate network with incentives-friendly adult offers, or you can contact advertiser directly who would allow this type of traffic. Hope that helped.
