Nice list of sites that need some TLC (more time than I have)

Gotta clean out the closet here and move some sites as Im getting ready to sell my hosting company.

articlessubmission.com - PR 1 site sells a piece of software that lets people submit their articles to the major article site. Site has been recoded in xhtml tableless layout thats super SEO friendly.

faviconicons.com - PR2 site is a completely recoded "turnkey" template. Its be redone in XHTML tableless layout and Ive added some nice Adsense areas. Made a couple of bucks in adsense, nothing to write home about

fewhits.com - To be very honest I forgot I owned this thing until last month, I bought it, threw my adsense number into it and ignored it. no stats worth even talking about but has a great domain (think thats why I bought it)

grolx.com - This is an article directory I bought here and have realized I just dont time for it. Has an admin panel etc. Could have a lot of potential for someone who wants to fix it up. I think it has a couple hundred articles in it and Ill throw you a couple thousand articles I have in a db here. No stats worth talking about here either.

spinningad.com - this is a cool popup generator app (comes with the site), another one that was redone in an XHTML tableless layout for super SEO.

usmortgagenews.net - another one I forgot I owned. I love this domain name! Has Adsense and (I think) clickbank built into it along with some RSS readers (I think)

wap-uploader.com - This is a great little site that does wap uploading and sell ringtones. Comes with all the flash files for the header and the wap scripts (of coourse).... one notable thing here. I have been using this site to link to from leeritenour.com (if you dont know who he is its time to learn), anyways I have a perm link from Lee's ringtones section that will stay there. The traffic coming in from this link has been (and should be amazing), Lee does a MASSIVE amount of traffic.

I installed the software when I first bought it and it seemed to work fine. I redid my machine soon after and never re-installed it.

Have no idea about the uniqueness of the software but I do know it is rebrandable and yes I'm pretty sure it includes the source... as far as where it can be found I truly have no idea.

Yes I bought it with resale rights.

The site you mentioned is one of the sites thats runs on my Article Site Manager script. I sold that particular site to someone a few months back with the ad on it and I guess they never took it off. There are quite a few of those sites "floating around" and some of them have that ad on them (especially the ones I still own)

No ideas on a BIN at this point

www.simpletermpapers.com - has a bunch of term papers included (about 1000 total - in html format). There is an issue with the Flash header in FF (probably how they have it coded) besides that there's not much to say about it.... needs help.
