First off how the hell did they even know that someone downloaded that off of some torrent ? Another thing is who won?
You've never heard that one? You have to first gouch and eyeball out as indicated. From there, I guess you just work the socket. I remember hearing that one in Jr. High. That and "your momma does indian squats on top of telephone poles with her combat boots on". What a classic.
Wow, that adfunk guy really has a serious crush on Shawn doesn't he? Kinda like in grade school how you would follow around the person you like and tease them...
That is actually part of their problem now. They have been holding up these ip traps as some kind of proof and it really is not any kind of proof at all. So lately you are seeing cases being dismissed when people are claiming that they did not even sue the right person. The RIAA and MPAA normally don't have any more proof than an ip address, which is really horribly flimsy. One RIAA case, the defendant moved to dismiss the case, and the RIAA filed that they needed to expedite discovery so they could counter the charges they did not have the right person nor any evidence that they did anything wrong. I hope a judge at some point wakes up and smacks these guys down for these lawsuits. The good news in some states you can sue someone for filing a frivilous lawsuit against you, and apparently people are starting to do this in response to some of these suits. Seems like things are going very badly for the Music and Movie Cartels right now.
He's actually a member at one of my forums, I think I'll ask him why he snapped. But then again, not sure I wanna know
