lol SM rox really. see i was stuck up by low level earnings with other hosters but when i started working i am seeing money growing in my SM account

 

We have serious investors owning this site and we are many employees. We are not operating from home... We are a serious corporation

When I told you not to worry, I really meant it!

Anyway, paying weekly makes all affiliates feel much better

 

I am using Firefox, latest version (always keep it upgraded)

I did clear, not all cookies, but sharingmatrix cookie... and did not make a difference, sadly.

Commenting about the wait time issue - this will always be controversial, but as a free user I accept it, whatever it is. Different sites have different policies - MediaFire has no wait time and allows small numbers of multiple downloads even for free users; rapidshare and hotfile seem to have 15 to 30 mins wait time depending on unknown factors. I accept what you decide - as a free user, I expect it.

I often having issues when downloading from SM

well, to be exact, I can't download at all with IDM as a free member

Regarding the wait time, We changed it ...The first download starts after 1 minutes and the second download starts in 10 minutes and then all the rest start in 10 minutes !! I think this is very good for all free users

I uploaded a new file two days ago and I found odd the low number of downloads generated by this file, mainly because it is exclusive material. A friend warned me that the file download is "broken". I tested the link created on "Manage Files" and - Surprise! - clicking on "Start download now!" (after countdown and captcha) always redirects to a 404 page!

What happened? Upload failed? System error? The file appears correctly in "Manage Files"! Other files may be having the same problem? Should I test every one of my files? Can't I trust on SharingMatrix file manager?

I'll upload another copy of the same file, but still would like you to know what happened.

The problem is serious and I want to know what should I do, and whether it occurs with other files. Certainly I'm losing money and, more importantly, annoying my users.

this is the second time today ive heard about this problem

 

So, SharingMatrix will start paying for downloads from ALL countries in July.

Are you going to add ranks or tiers?
because there are countries where you can easily get 1000 downloads in 1 night

 

I think soon there will be rank system or any thing like what letitbit doing. you need to sell premium often to earn. like that. Else it'd be tough for SM to earn much
