I am doing SEO on various sites that are dedicated to charitable services. I have employed services like link building, article submissions, blog, link requests, and many more for various sites. The issue is that some of the sites are enjoying ranking between 7 and 20, and some have no rank at all. I really want to balance the time given to each site. I usually give more time to selected sites, and avoid the rest. I want to split my SEO responsibilities effectively and in a timely manner. Please help me with the same. Your inputs will be highly valued.
