Requirement for Business paypal account ?

Do i really need to have a business running to open this account ?

If yes does my company have to be PVT LTD ...or it cann be anything ?

i want to open one busines paypal accnt please let me know more on this

 

You need provide some extra business information than personal account.
The VAT number is requested if you want to tax exemption.

you can use your personal account as a business account, which I did myself and was accepted by Paypal. For instance, if you are sole trader and have not opened a business account with a bank, you can set aside one of your personal bank accounts and use it for business.But it's important to separate your business and personal transactions for accounting reasons.

You don't need to be TAX or VAT registered, but it will certainly help when opening a paypal business account as it gives your application more credibility

 

You need to have a firm/company established to have a business paypal account. The company name can be either a proper company name or even your own name but it is always ideal to have it different than your own name... just for the sake of keeping personal transactions different from that of business!

I hope you must open a Premier account and if your transaction per month or above 2000Bucks and you can request the to get more offers too (one of my Friend do have a Spe. Account from PP. In that Transaction fees are too low)

 

For Business, if you want to withdraw money to bank account, you need company bank account details and not your individual bank details. VAT Number is requested upon tax exemption.

So i need to open a Business bank account in BANKS than use that information to register in business paypal ? am still confused ..

All i want toknow is without using any papers ..just like i register for premier account can i make a business account too ?

 

Of course..you can... but for withdrawal, you will need a bank account with the same name. And also on limitation, you will be required to submit documents supporting the existence of such a company!
