I've heard rumours that they don't track all your earnings properly and don't pay you everything you owe. True or not?
They always pay on time and everything you deserve. I have never really had any problems. They have pretty frequent reporting problems but they are generally fixed by themselves within a day.
Firstly.......who the hell is "Clickbakk" and if they didn't actually pay do you really think there would be a whole forum dedicated to clickbank with thousands of threads??
Clickbank doesn't PAY ALL members, they pay the majority. The other majority has to miss out, if they want to or not - clickbank doesn't care. They have so much money they dont care.
I've been using clickbank for years, and if there's one thing they're very good at, it's paying on time. I've never even had a late payment.
Basically there are 3 or 4 main reasons you should take into account for not being paid. These are stated clearly in Clickbank Accounting Policy https://www.clickbank.com/accounting.html Dormant Accounts Accounts with a positive balance but no earnings for an extended period of time are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings. If you make a few sale but then make no sale for 3 months and then after, CB will start deducting money from your account (until it becomes zero, or unless you make another sale). This is a good way to prevent a customer doing link hijacking, because they are not going to be paid anyway, since they are not an affiliate themselves. Postal Delays & Reissued Checks No national postal service is 100% reliable. If your check is significantly delayed you may request that we send you a new check. Stolen Checks In some countries mail theft is not uncommon. If a check is fraudulently endorsed (deposited by someone other than you) you will need to open a fraud case with their bank. If the bank determines that fraud did occur they will reimburse CB the funds. CB will then issue a replacement check to you. Returned Direct Deposits Payments that are sent via direct deposit that are returned to CB due to invalid banking information are re-sent to you via paper check. Additionally, your account payment method will be switched to paper check until you provide accurate banking information. You may contact ClickBank Accounting to inquire about the details of your returned direct deposits. ] What do you mean by this? Can you clarify a bit more ? By "other majorites who missed out", do you mean the people who are not promoting actively?
If the majority is paid, then how can what's left also be a majority? Ok I'm being pedantic - (I'm grumpy because I am hungry and tired). I think though that SmOnline has explained why certain folks don't get paid.
Before you start dishing out crap - negative crap that is, consider what facts i have - Myself and a number of staff - tested clickbank - Out of 45 random purchases from different locations, accounts and connections we found only 5% of the purchases gained commission. Even though click bank advertised a $10 per sale. Tell me exactly WHY we didn't get the commission? Because, A- Our account is not dormant. B- Our account is not suspended, or limited. C- THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE ACCOUNT. Its how Clickbank works - Unless you get BULK quality sales, they lower your payout/commission ratio. I've talked to plenty of clickbank " richies " and they have also explained the concern of payout ratio with clickbank - its getting worse. Obviously half of you don't know what majority means considering half of you have dished out shit regarding my opinion. Is it illegal for me to have an opinion or are you all bishops seeking faith? Before you start laughing and pointing fingers - Consider the large group of people WHO DO NOT GET PAID CORRECTLY BY CLICKBANK. THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY CLICKBANK. Your ignorance may seem bliss, but your lack of intelligence doesn't gain you kudos regarding this subject im sorry. Myself and several staff members here have been in a legal battle with Clickbank. So before any of you decide to dish out shit, consider what facts i have under the belt and what further evidence we have against clickbanks payout ratio scam. Remember, its not what you know - Its who you know.
haha, you are probably the only person in the world that thinks ClickBank doesn't pay out.. Rumors don't mean anything, in fact do some research yourself. It's not nice to give someone bad reputation if you don't even know them.
I just got my first payment a week ago. I was suprised because I never realized that I had passed the payment threshold ( I had abandoned promoting them for more than 3 months!).
@FavoritesBlog, I too thought that you couldn't know what you are talking about, but then I read your response and checked just today on a certain promotion I am running. In the CB backend I have over 456 hops to that promotion, 10 people that supposedly made it to the invoice page and decided not to do anything. This particular promotion item has a gravity of over 200 so the page supposedly converts for the same genre of audience that I have. If I was running adwords that would have been $200 spent on 400 customers @ 50 cents per click with no sales. Since its in the IM genre where clicks are typically about 2 bucks each, the damage could have been worse. I will be watching far more closely now that I have read your comment.
