I have recently come accross vbseo software, the ultimate SEO for Vbulletin forums. I have seen a lot of people using it. I am interested in it but would just like to know from others here. URL : - www.vbseo.com Have you guys used it? Any experiance with it? Does it really help in getting more exposure and better ranking in Search Engines?
I've checked it out before, it adds some nice features, though it's certainly not 'required' to rank well, there are lots of big forums that don't use vbSEO and rank very well without it.

Its a very good piece of software esp if you are on vbulletin. It will take care of your complete seo if your site is running on vbulletin. Use it on my sites also
not sure if this is the right spot cuz there a few others i figured i could of posted this but... could the vbseo owners reply and tell me how they liek it and if it came beneficial? i dont care if it takes 3 months everything takes time. i just read so many diif reviews id liek to hear from the owners, there are free versions out to, but there has to be a reason this one costs and yeah overpriced as many say and i dont argue on that one but who would lol

The debate over what is fact and not has been mounted on both sides with good arguments. The folks are vBSEO have even taken it with a grain of salt in most cases where the light didn't shine their way. But, are you saying what you said for a reason or just to say it. Benefits can be garnered for all either way.
i think its better to spend 149 dollars on links than buying a vbseo.... I have used vbseo on one forum... but i dint benefited much from it... SEO is much more than just installing vbseo
1) I don't agree. 149 don't buy alot of quality links. But I do agree links are good when applied or achived properly. 2) After one year, you didn't see an ROI like the brag forum posters did? Can you qulaify that a bit more as to the age of the forum and the activity of the forum? Were there too many updates that caused too much work thus making it hard to stay cutting edge? 3) I agree completely. I use mod rewrite, but I a not convinced it is going to give the ROI on vB as people claim. But I would like to. I'm not busting your balls. I have seen too many OMG it's like meeting Jesus posts in regard to vBSEO and that sends up a flag for me. I'd like to hear solid reasoning that proves those exclaimations are bunk and you had a good go at it to prove so. No one has shown financials to back the claims. But we can certainly guess what the tax returns of vBSEO look like. But if you can't do those things, I have to keep looking for the real proof of ROI and hoping it's there till someone does prove bunk. Thanks
Objection: Leading the witness. Are you looking for data to determine the level of effectiveness OR data to support a conclusion you've already made? A jump in indexed content, SE referrals, and/or ad revenue after installing vBSEO can be pretty intoxicating. And remember, we are all forum admins, so it's not really that surprising that vBSEO-enabled forum admins post about their success, is it? One year reference?
1) I don't mean to lead him. I'm really trying to get more then a this sucks answer. 2) I have made a conclusion, yes. But I'm keeping an open mind. I thought you might see that I'm trying to change it if possible. I thought we had someone here that might solidify one position or another with facts rather then emotions from intoxication. 3) Intoxicated bragging, like I said, sends up a red flag for me. 4) I figured that if one purchased the product on a yearly license, they would use it for a year and have a years worth of data. If you want to sway my opinion, you could always grant me an evaluation license and let me write about it weekly. That would be interesting if it came out the my preconcieved notions were wrong. If I am, I'd be your biggest fan and even admit it.
If this happens, I'm going to be VERY interested in reading your reports, since I know you as being one of the loudest nay-sayers against vBSEO. This will be damned interesting folks!
