Any idea why my blog has not been ranked by google yet?

I have setup my blog about a month ago, and it was indexed by google after a week. I noticed that google has not rank my blog till today.

Is it possible that my blog has been backlisted?

You've answered your question. If your site indexed by google, it just means your site is not blacklisted.

 

You are indexed that means that you are not blacklisted, as well as you need lot's and lot's of backlinks to make your website "rank" in search engines.

 

I agree with madpig, you need to build lots of links to your site to get it ranked high.

If your blog is in google index then you are not banned \ blacklisted.
You can increase your BL by using directory submission services \ articles submission services and comment posting!

 

Wait for at least 4 weeks of indexed by Google. Create do follow back links of your site as much as possible. I checked your site. It was a good one. But the contents should be unique. It should not copy pasted from any other sources. To know from which sours your blog is getting back links, you may check my blog to get an in depth data placed in signature. You may check page rank there too. Thanks

2. RSS creation and submisison / rss mashing and mixing

You have to create more backlinks, and the link should have a higher PageRank than your site URL. . .

You cannot expect ranking just because your were indexed!! Your blog will not have any advantage from being a part of blogspot.com itself and needed quality links building toward them like common websites doing seo.

 

First I will ask you what is your target keyword? Did you already build links using that particular keyword?

 

maybe you dont have enough content and your website isnt old enough. give it some time.
